The Club

Sidmouth Town Football Club is an FA Charter Standard Club and have Three senior teams, the first XI play in the Carslberg sponsored Peninsula South West league, East Division, moving there from the Devon & Exeter league in 2011. The second XI play in Division three of the Devon & Exeter League, and a third XI play in Division 8.

Sidmouth Town Junior Vikings AFC is an FA Charter Standard Club. Since starting in 1980 the club has continued to grow and now has over 200 players ranging in age from 7 to 16, with 16 teams being fielded each weekend. The club enters teams into the Exeter and District Youth League and East Devon Youth League.

The clubhouse has a bar, skittle alley and television room and is home to a number of darts skittles pool & euchre teams. There is food available on match days and the club has Sky tv throughout. We also have our own mini bus and whilst its primary use is to ferry players to and from games it is also available for members to use for social events.

The changing and shower rooms were extended during 2010 and the club’s pitch is amongst the best in the league.

Various social functions are held throughout the year, including fortnightly bingo, and there is parking for around 20 vehicles in the club car park.

  1. Hello, I’ve recently moved to sidmouth and am very interested in joining one of your teams, I have played for the Dereham 2nds whilst living in Norfolk and Okehampton 2nds whilst living there so would be interested in either your 2nds or 3rds team.
